Schedules
Privacy
This is a family scheduling board. It exists so one household can see whether two kids are booked at the same time. It is not a business, it sells nothing, and it has no interest in your data beyond showing it back to you.
What it stores
- Your email address, and your password. The address is how you sign in and how someone adds you to a household. The password is never stored as you typed it — Supabase keeps a one-way hash of it, which is what your typing is checked against. Nobody, including whoever runs this app, can read it back.
- Whatever you put on the board. Kids' first names and the colour you picked for each, team and season names, and events — titles, dates, times, places and any note you added.
- Who shares your board. The email addresses you invite, so those people can be let in when they sign in.
That is the whole list. No phone number, no address, no location, no payment details — the app never asks for any of them.
Reading screenshots
When you drop in a screenshot of a team schedule, or paste the text of one, that image or text is sent to Anthropic's API to have the dates, times, titles and places read out of it. That is the only third party any of your content is sent to, and it only happens when you upload something.
The reader is never sent your roster. It does not receive your kids' names, your team list, or anything already on the board — it is given one picture and asked what is scheduled in it. Nothing it returns is saved until you approve it on the review screen.
Where it lives
The board runs on Vercel. The data sits in a Supabase Postgres database. Both are third-party hosts, and each has its own privacy terms.
Access is enforced by the database itself, not by the app asking nicely: every table has row-level security keyed to household membership, so another household's rows are not merely hidden from the screen — they are never returned.
Who can see your board
Everyone you have invited into your household, and nobody else. Membership is the permission: there is no owner and no view-only role, so anyone in your household can add, change and delete anything on it, including kids and teams.
Children
Kids do not have accounts and cannot sign in. What the board holds about them is what an adult in the household typed: a first name, a colour, and where they are meant to be. If you would rather it did not hold a real first name, the app does not care — put in initials or a nickname and everything works the same.
What it does not do
- No advertising, and nothing is sold or shared with anyone.
- No analytics, no tracking pixels, no third-party cookies.
- The only cookie it sets is the one that keeps you signed in.
- No profiling. Two emails exist in the whole app: the one that confirms your address when you first sign up, and the one that lets you set a new password if you forget it. Signing in sends nothing.
Keeping and deleting
Nothing on the board is archived or expired automatically — last season stays there until someone removes it, which is deliberate, because a clash can straddle two seasons.
You can delete any kid, team or event from the app at any time, and deleting a kid takes their teams and events with them.
To delete your account, open Account and scroll to the bottom. If you are the only person on the board, that deletes the board and everything on it. If other people share it, the board stays with them and only your own sign-in and access go. Either way it happens immediately and cannot be undone — there is no grace period and nothing is kept behind the scenes.
